Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Order Issues
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns once products have been opened or used.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
